Cut down on Sugar. Now!
Moderation works better than deprivation. Sugar, in its natural state is comparatively less harmful, in fact necessary for the human body. It is commonly found in fruits, vegetables and in dairy compounds. The problem arises when it’s added during processing for flavour, texture or colour. These added sugars increase your insulin levels, mess with your metabolism, and cause many health issues. Reducing sugar intake will help reduce weight, lower the feeling of sleepiness, hunger and anxiety, and will help improve immunity and metabolism.
