Pulling off the perfect burpee
Among the workouts that you can complement your spin sessions with, the burpee is the most intense and physically demanding one. Designed as four and six-count movements involving jumps, squats and push-ups, it has a significant effect on your cardiovascular fitness and metabolism.

Begin by squatting down and placing your hands on the floor in front of you.
Push feet backward to get into the plank position.
Drop to a push-up position.
Return to the plank position.
Bring feet back towards the hands.
Jump into the air reaching upwards with your hands.

Balance yourself just on the toes when planking
Move your elbows to the side when doing the pressup
When you squat and jump back up, ensure that the legs are in between your hands
Don’t forget to breathe every time you use your core.
Don’t arch your back towards the floor.
Don’t look down at the floor when doing the plank and press up.
