Indoor cycling is a specific format of cycling. It is a cardio (it is both aerobic and anaerobic depending on the speed and resistance) workout set to music, and led by a certified instructor. Most classes last 45 minutes. We at PedalBeat have curated over 10 workout programs that prove to be a great cardiovascular fitness regimen. No two sessions will be the same – we promise this! Indoor cycling is a low impact, high cardio workout, and is meant for people at all levels of fitness.

Indoor cycling is great for people who want a motivating workout, where they have an option of progressing at their own pace. Even if you are not into choreography-based fitness classes, you can still enjoy this, because it does not involve complex moves. Essentially, indoor cycling is for everyone! The classes are known for their high-energy instructors who combine music, instruction, and passion to create an exhilarating workout. We encourage our professional riders and beginners to adapt their workout to fit their experience and comfort level; and although, indoor cycling has a reputation for intensity, we appeal to every rider’s needs. It is your workout; the level of intensity is yours to choose.
You should wear workout clothes (but no long/baggy pants, because those can get caught in the pedals/wheels). Hard-soled workout shoes are necessary. We however, encourage our riders to sport their favorite cycling gear! 🙂
Please bring a water bottle and towel that can go over the handlebar. We offer PedalBeat merchandise to our annual members, but do stop by our merchandise section to pick up a bottle, or a towel!
Yes we recommend a banana or any fruit, or a handful of Almond / walnut / Dates before workout. This is a high intensity workout and you need to have a proper calorie intake to give your best throughout the session.

"In the journey of keeping myself fit I have tried several things – running, yoga, martial art, cross fit and then I was introduced to spinning. It was an instant click.
